Meeting Agenda Changes – Two New Agenda Items
- Missing Middle: The City of Olympia will be at the meeting to talk about Missing Middle and the code changes purposed and how and if they changes could effect our neighborhood.
- VIS Financial Management Company: Information about the new financial management company will be provided at the meeting. We have invited them to the meeting (3/19) based on questions we have received. They are trying to adjust their schedule as they had a previous commitment. If not Sandy Nelson the Goldcrest HOA Secretary will give a short presentation and is prepared to answer questions.
2018 Dues: Association dues for April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019 in the amount of $375.00 will be due as of 1 April 2018. Please mail your payment to:

Please note that this is a new address, a financial management that will be managing the finances as Tony will be leaving the board. We have been fortunate to have a certified public accountant these last years. In recent years the board has struggled to get volunteers to serve on the board. We have had several vacant positions for over 2 years.. Tony and Simon will be leaving the board, effective at the March meeting. Come and learn more about the financial management company. We hope to see you there.
Annual Neighborhood Meeting
Welcome to the Goldcrest Homeowner Association!
Goldcrest is a lovely neighborhood in west Olympia including 179 single family homes in a variety of styles. There are lush greenbelt areas as well as a park with paved trails. Goldcrest homeowners have easy access to outdoor recreation, quality schools, and Olympia’s downtown. Medical facilities (including a hospital) are close at hand. Within the surrounding area of west Olympia there are lots of options for shopping and dining.
While the natural beauty of our neighborhood is exceptional Goldcrest’s true value comes from the exceptional people who call it home.
